OkaySo is a national nonprofit working to build safe spaces for young people. Since 2018, we’ve build those spaces ourselves or helped others to do so.

We believe that when young people have even one adult with whom they can show up as their authentic self, that has the power to change their life.

where we’ve been:

From 2018-2026, OkaySo’s app answered over 20,000 questions from people across the United States, supporting them when they often felt like they had nowhere else to turn. Over 100 volunteer experts supported this work with deep care and compassion.

The app shut down January 2026 and all user data was deleted.
